The senior prom is over, the yearbooks have been signed and the graduation speeches have been made. The Class of 2010 has graduated from high school! The Little Rock School District congratulates all of this year’s graduating seniors, especially each school’s valedictorian and salutatorian and those students who were singled out by their schools as honor graduates due to their outstanding academic performance throughout their high school years.
Central High School: Valedictorian is Helio Liu, and he will attend the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in the fall. Central’s Salutatorian is Yi Wu; she will attend the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
J.A. Fair Magnet High School: J.A. Fair’s valedictorian is Karlynn Jones, and she will attend the University of Richmond next year. Fair is proud to have two Salutatorians this year: Azijan Bogard, who will attend Henderson State University, and Elisha Morgan, who is planning to attend Texas Southern University.
Hall High School: Valedictorian is Alayne Mayo, who will attend the University of Tulsa. Hall’s Salutatorian is Candace Baker; she will attend the University of Central Arkansas.
McClellan Magnet High School: Valedictorian is Canisha Lashonda Bone; she is planning to attend the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. McClellan’s Salutatorian is Rodrick Williams, who will attend Morehouse College in the fall.
Parkview Magnet High School: Valedictorian is Seemaab Ali, who will attend Yale University. Parkview had a tie for Salutatorian, and the two honorees are twins: Bukola Odeniyi and Dolapo Odeniyi. Both will attend the University of Arkansas at Little Rock next year.
